Maintenance Clean
Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly House Cleaning:
Kitchen: Comprehensive sanitization of countertops, scrubbing of sinks, cleaning of stovetops and appliance exteriors and underneath, cleaning interior and exterior of microwave, polishing of cabinet fronts, cleaning tables and chairs, dusting light fixtures, windowsills and any displayed items, dusting baseboards, vacuum and mopping of floors, and garbage removal if bag is full.
Bathrooms: Detailed cleaning and disinfection of sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures. Scrubbing of grout and tile. Dusting baseboards, vacuum, steaming (if tile or Marble) or mopping of floors, garbage removal.
Dining Room: Wiping and sanitizing of tables and chairs, dusting of surfaces, dusting baseboards, dusting decorative items vacuuming and mopping of floors, and polishing of glass if present.
Living Room: Dusting of furniture, shelves, and décor, vacuuming couch cushions and underneath, light organization of commonly used items. Cleaning glass if present, Vacuuming or mopping of floors.
Bedroom: Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming or mopping floors, making beds and straightening linens, and cleaning mirrors and windowsills.
Deep Clean
We recommend beginning your engagement with us with a deep cleaning.
Here we will go into the areas that have been sitting neglected waiting for time detailed attention. This will give us a baseline clean to work from on your maintenance cleans. In this service we come prepared with a step stool and tall pack for the high reach places, a steam cleaner for a deeper cleaning and sanitization of your bathroom. We recommend a deep cleaning service at least twice and up to four times per year.
All Services from our maintenance cleaning plus:
Kitchen: Degreasing and cleaning behind and beneath appliances, scrubbing grout, deep cleaning of cabinets, and descaling faucets, washing baseboards. Hand wiping all decorative items. Use of tall pack for ceiling and cabinet tops and high out of reach dusting.
Bathroom: Removal of buildup from tile, grout, and fixtures with detailed attention to shower doors and tub edges with use of steam. Hand washing of baseboards. Tall pack for ceiling. Washing of doors and spot cleaning walls.
Dining Room: Hand wiping of decorative items, Hand wiping of light fixtures, comprehensive furniture polishing, hand washing of baseboard.
Living Room: Hand wiping of decorative items, cleaning beneath furnishings and rugs, hand wiping light fixtures, hand washing baseboards.
Bedroom: Hand wiping of decorative items, hand wiping light fixtures, cleaning beneath furnishings and rugs, hand washing baseboards, cleaning ceiling fans and ceiling trim with tall pack.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning:
All service points from our bi-weekly cleaning are included, plus deeper degreasing of surfaces throughout the home, and meticulous cleaning of light switch plates, walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, window interiors, and inside window tracks for a truly refreshed space.
Kitchen: Deep cleaning of interior and exterior cabinets and drawers, full appliance cleaning (including oven and refrigerator), sinks, fixtures, backsplash, and floors.
Bathroom: Intensive scrubbing of grout, tiles, tubs, showers, and all fixtures; cleaning of cabinet interiors; and attention to vents and switches.
Dining Room: Baseboard and window cleaning, polishing of all surfaces, and lighting fixture care for a move-ready presentation.
Living Room: Detailed dusting of ceiling fans, vents, and shelving; carpet spot treatments; and washing of walls as needed.
Bedroom: Thorough cleaning of closet interiors, baseboards, under-bed areas, and all window features to ensure a pristine move in.

Professional cleaning and sanitization of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces. Services include surface dusting, sanitizing high-touch points, comprehensive floor cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring a polished and hygienic environment for residents, employees, and visitors.
Opening and Closing of Seasonal Properties:
We love the changing seasons! We understand that in Maine you must make the most of the short summer season and we are available to help. We manage the opening of your summer home/seasonal rental and make its upkeep/turnovers easy so you can spend your time enjoying the beach and sun.
Special Projects
These are things you may want done that are not covered in a basic maintenance package. Here we will come at another time and focus solely on the specific project.
Interior Oven Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the inside of the oven to remove grease and baked-on residue.
Interior Window Cleaning: Washing and polishing of interior window glass for a streak-free finish.
Blinds Cleaned: Detailed dusting and cleaning of window blinds to remove accumulated dirt and allergens.
Organizing: Assistance with decluttering and organizing spaces for improved functionality.
Organizing/Cleaning Interior of Kitchen Cabinets: Sorting, organizing, and cleaning the inside of kitchen cabinets for a neat and sanitary storage area.
Deep Clean the Refrigerator: Removing all items, discarding expired or spoiled products, cleaning the interior, and organizing everything efficiently.
Services Not Offered
Services we do not offer include exterior window cleaning, remediation of mold that goes beyond basic tile or grout cleaning (however, we are happy to refer you to a professional remediator for such cases), and handling of pet waste or litter boxes.
